Miter Saw Cart Design/Build (part 1)

Rob Austin bought a new miter saw after the last Makita factory visit. It now needs a proper cart to put it on. The team at the "Day Care Center for Woodworkers" went to work gathering requirements. They set about to incorporate all the latest features encountered since the last miter saw cart project. The result is over the top.
The first of 2 classes will cover the design of the cart using all solid red oak (one design objective was "no plywood".)
The second class will cover the machining methods and assembly.
