This week we will meet at Mark Sillay's shop in Stone Mountain. There will be no meeting at Peachtree Woodworking Supply.
Mark is a well known turner and wood expert, some say he can see inside the wood. He ships wood to turners amateur and professional all over the country.
We will start the day with a tour of the shop followed by a question answer session. Mark will answer your questions on turning and wood. You are invited to stay as long as you want. Members can also bring their own turning tools and spend the day turning. Mark will help you hone your skills or just get you started.
