During the past year, many members of GWA have requested additional information about different sharpening techniques. In this class, Bob Brokaw will discuss the different methods you can use to sharpen a set of bench chisels. He will demonstrate the Jet Slow Speed Wet Sharpening system, the Scary Sharp Sandpaper system, the use of a Japanese water stone, and the use of various stones and hones. He will cover the costs, advantages and disadvantages of each sharpening approach. At the end of the class, Bob will raffle a set of chisels that he has sharpened. If you'd like to learn more about this subject, as well as get a chance at winning the chisels, then this class is for you!
