Dovetail Drawers - Contruction and Installation

To complement the kitchn cabinet project started earlier this year, Bob Brokaw will construct a pair of half blind dovetail drawers that are commonly used in higher end kitchen cabinets. The drawers will be constructed to fit Blum undermount drawer slides that again are used in higher end kitchen cabinets. Bob will talk about how to translate the drawer slide manufacturer's recommendations for clearances and installation procedures into woodworkers' English so the sizes of the drawer components can be determined. To cut the dovetails, Bob will use a Porter Cable 4212 dovetail jig. Lastly, the drawers will be mated with the slides and the drawer fronts installed.
