Woodworking can be very enjoyable, but woodworking tools can be very dangerous. Mike and Jim will discuss the use of personal protective equipment as well as overall shop safety. The shop safety discussion will include a review of electrical safety, fire safety, lighting, storage and safe practices (e.g. jewelry, rings, loose hair, and clothing, etc.) Mike and Jim will also be reviewing equipment-specific safety considerations. A great introduction for new woodworkers and a great review for experienced woodworkers.
